Dimitri died in Bologna and was the leader of the Children of Satan

Accused of violence, acquitted and finally compensated (ANSA) Marco Dimitri, who was head of the sect of the Children of Satan, died in Bologna at the end of the nineties at the center of a controversial judicial investigation. Together with Gennaro Luongo and four others he was accused of various facts, including sexual assault on a child and raping a minor after having drugged her. Accusations from which they have been acquitted in all levels of judgment.


Marco Dimitri, who was head of the sect of the Children of Satan, died in Bologna at the end of the nineties at the center of a controversial judicial investigation.

Together with Gennaro Luongo and four others he was accused of various facts, including sexual assault on a child and raping a minor after having drugged her.

Accusations from which they have been acquitted in all levels of judgment.

Dimitri spent 400 days in prison between '96 and '97 and later received 100,000 euros in compensation for unjust detention.

He died in the night, just today he would have turned 58.
