The Tegernsee E-Werk is building 16 residential units on Wiesenbach in Kreuth.
The community of Kreuth receives the right to occupy four apartments.
Kreuth
- After two years of efforts and continued struggle to preserve the character of Oberhof, the Kreuth local council has now decided on the development plan for a construction project for the Tegernsee power station.
That the E-Werk Tegernsee on Wiesenbach and Sandbichlweg would like to build 16 units and has reached an urban development agreement with the municipality of Kreuth, only emerged in the resolution of the statutes.
Objection because of supposedly 30 apartments
First of all, the local council had excluded the two FWG councilors Markus Wrba and Sebastian Marschall, both of whom were affected as residents, from the consultation and voting because of their personal involvement.
After the information from the public authorities had been acknowledged and incorporated, the head of the building authorities, Andreas Schwinghammer, put forward two objections from residents.
The municipal council unanimously approved the desired relocation of a building window by two meters.
He rejected the other request: A resident feared that the construction of 30 residential units and corresponding parking spaces on the neighboring property could create the "appearance of a car dealer or a barracks yard".
She asked for an underground car park to be built.
Refused request for underground parking
Mayor Josef Bierschneider (CSU) waved it off.
On the one hand, there would be only 16 residential units and these would be under social housing conditions.
The construction of an underground car park would be too expensive for this.
"There is no obligation for underground garages," he made clear.
The 26 planned parking spaces would be shown above ground.
Schwinghammer also explained that the specifications were adhered to by the builder who had not been named so far.
Due to the location of the property, however, it was obvious that this could only be the Tegernsee power station.
Apartments against to employees of E-Werk and the city of Tegernsee
When asked, its managing director Manfred Pfeiler also confirmed that the Tegernsee company had concluded an urban development agreement with the municipality, according to which a house with 16 residential units and central energy supply is to be built in the immediate vicinity of the company premises.
Twelve apartments are to be occupied by employees of the E-Werk, the city of Tegernsee or employees of other business areas belonging to the company.
The municipality of Kreuth has the right to occupy four apartments.
According to Pfeiler, applications have already been received for the company apartments.
Interested parties from outside the company have already had to be rejected.
Completion is planned for the end of 2021.
With the prospect of four more subsidized apartments at an affordable rent, the local council unanimously decided on the process of "Zoning plan No. 37 Oberhof / Weißach".
