The journalist, who contracted coronavirus a little less than a month ago after returning from a vacation in the Caribbean, has been hospitalized for 21 days at the Juncal Sanatorium in Temperley.
Just on Friday he was discharged from intensive care after his health condition has been aggravated by complications derived from bilateral pneumonia.
Lapegüe, who is a person at risk due to his asthmatic condition, was taken to a common room
and, in the last hours, had great joy: the reunion with his children, Micaela and Elvis and his wife Bochi.
A few days ago, the journalist had generated a lot of concern after his respiratory symptoms became complicated.
Even in intensive care, he had to undergo a treatment in which he was intervened with a Helmet helmet, which is the one that provided him with air to breathe.
