The government gazetted the compulsory testing announcement on Saturday night. As more than one new case was confirmed, four buildings were included in the compulsory testing, including Tsz Wan Shan Jiaxi Building, Chuan Lung Street Lung Wah Building in Tsuen Wan, Lok Road Hua Yuan Building in Tsim Sha Tsui, and Yau Ma Tei

The government gazetted the compulsory testing announcement on Saturday night. Due to more than one new case, four buildings were included in the compulsory testing, including Tsz Wan Shan Jiaxi Building, Chuan Lung Street Lung Wah Building in Tsuen Wan, Lok Road Hua Yuan Building in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei Shanghai 286-288 Street.

Most of them are places where new infections have been discovered. Two of them in Wong Tai Sin and Yau Ma Tei are cases of unknown origin.

The list of buildings included in the mandatory inspection announcement on February 14:

Building with one or more confirmed cases

1. Jiaxi Building, 157-161 Po Kong Village Road / 22 Yuk Wah Lane, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon, Hong Kong

2. Lung Wah Building, 50 Chuan Lung Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong

3. Wah Yuen Building, 83-97 Nathan Road / 36-50 Lock Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

4. 286-288 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Gazetted that anyone who has been in any of the specified places listed in Annex I for more than two hours between January 31 and February 13, 2020 (including but not limited to residents, visitors and working Personnel), must be tested on or before February 16, 2012.

If a person under inspection has been tested between February 11 and February 13, 2012, they will be deemed to have complied with the mandatory testing announcement.

The government will install additional mobile sampling stations in Tsz Wan Shan Ka Hei Building, Shek Lei (2) Village in Kwai Chung and Wo Che Village in Sha Tin on February 14.

From February 15, 2012, the mobile sampling station at Tsuen Wing Street Recreation Ground will be relocated to Sha Tsui Road Recreation Ground. It is tentatively scheduled to open until February 16, 2012 (Tuesday).

The opening dates and service hours of mobile sampling stations that provide free COVID-19 nucleic acid testing services to the public in each district are set out in Annex 2.

In addition to mobile sampling stations, the subject can also choose to receive testing services at any community testing center in all districts in Hong Kong, free of charge.
