Today, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health received the first batch of the Pfizer vaccine against Coronavirus, after its transfer from Brussels to Beirut.
The Lebanese National Media Agency reported that the quantity that reached 28,500 doses will be transferred to the Ministry of Health warehouses to be distributed to health centers accredited in Lebanese hospitals.
The Minister of Health in the Lebanese caretaker government, Hamad Hassan, confirmed in a press conference that the vaccines will be distributed tomorrow to three health centers, while the vaccination campaign will start from tomorrow and in the coming days, explaining that more than 75 thousand people have registered their names on the Ministry of Health platform to obtain these vaccines. .
