Eugene, the owner of the lost tortoise who lives in the old village of Tai Wan on Lamma Island, said that the five turtles currently being kept are all adopted and donated by neighbors. They have been protecting and caring for their living and eating for nearly 3 years. He has a relationship with his pet turtles. Excellent, it describes the relationship between humans and turtles (closely connected).

Eugene continued to point out that he built a small wooden house in the garden outside the house for pet turtles to live in. He still saw his turtles when he returned home at 1am today. However, he got up at 9 am and found that 4 of them were not. Wing and fly, immediately call the police for help.

Eugene pointed out that the four beloved turtles are all leopard tortoises. Among them, the oldest, 6-year-old "Dafei", became a mother soon after laying eggs.

"Dafei" is huge, with a length of nearly 60 centimeters and a weight of nearly 10 kilograms.

The remaining three leopard tortoises suspected of being stolen are "Xiaofei", "Kuzia" and "Chucha". "Chucha" is the youngest, only about 10 cm long. Eugene said that Chucha still relies on him very much and seems to be audible. Understand his calling.

Eugene is afraid of suspected stolen turtles. He is worried that gangsters will beg for money and steal turtles for resale. If the turtles fall into the hands of new owners who love animals, it is acceptable for the other party to take care of them, but if they fall into the tradition of eating turtles, It may be cooked and eaten as a treasure, with very bad consequences.

Eugene later called on the islanders and netizens to pay attention to the incident on the Facebook group of the residents of Lamma Island and to assist in the recovery of the love turtle.

At nearly 10 am today (14th), the police received a report that four leopard tortoises had disappeared from a unit in Tai Wan Old Village on Lamma Island. The case was dealt with as theft. No one was arrested.
