After arriving at the scene, the police found that the private car was smoke-free and the driver of the private car involved was nowhere to be found. They are now contacting the driver of the private car to investigate the cause of the accident.

As far as the scene was seen, a chicken wing, a box of fried rice and a large number of illegal tickets were left in the car.

The private car overturned after hitting a water horse and the driver fled without a trace.
