Less than three months after the dissolution of the Collective against Islamophobia in France (CCIF), the organization, suspected of having connections with Islamism, is reconstituted in Belgium.
Having deactivated its social networks, the collective is back under the name CCIF Europe.
Denouncing a
"relentlessness"
, he lodged an appeal with the Council of State.
And lodged a complaint for
"defamation"
against the Minister of the Interior, Gerald Darmanin, and his deputy minister, Marlène Schiappa.
“The CCIF, in the process of liquidation, has transferred its assets as well as a large part of its intellectual property and means of communication to other associations, including the Collective against Islamophobia in Europe (CCIE), a non-profit association which was incorporated in Belgium on November 1, 2020 ”,

The dissolution of the CCIF was pronounced by Gérald Darmanin after the beheading, in mid-October, of Samuel Paty.
