Tiny houses are in fashion right now - in Erding-Bergham, a small settlement with mini wooden houses is being planned.
And there have now also been inquiries for the Thenner-See-Straße development area in Langenpreising.

No other house could then be built there.
In the brief discussion, the mayor referred to the example from Erding.
“Ultimately, it's about the use of space.” It could not be that the municipality on the one hand allows multi-family houses to save space, but on the other hand wastes this space again with houses in which a maximum of one person can live.
Planner Franz Pezold tackled the problem by setting a minimum size for the houses in the development plan.

The decision by the municipal council to designate multi-family houses instead of terraced houses creates a few problems in another area.

It was interesting that even the water management authority had brought the cistern into play.
With only two dissenting votes, the municipal council decided to hear the public interest bodies and citizens again.
