'Dad, I was shot

León is 7 years old and, luckily, he is recovering from his injuries:
six
splinters
injured his legs, but everything will be fine.
The trauma, on the other hand, will demand much more to heal.
Because León on Sunday night
was in the middle of a struggle
between an assistant sergeant of the Argentine Army and a "motochorro" who entered to rob a Chinese supermarket in General Rodríguez, where the boy was with his father, and took the worst part.
The splinters of the two shots injured León, who was admitted to the Vicente López y Planes de General Rodríguez hospital.
Mario, the father of the injured little boy, spoke with El Noticiero de El Trece:

On Sunday night, Mario
went to buy bread
with his son at the supermarket he is a regular at, located in Rojas and Calderón de la Barca.
What's more, he left the car at the door of the shop, in motion.
“When I go to the bread, which is near the box, I see two men struggling and I see the weapon.
My instinct was to tell my son to run
to the bottom of the gondola, to escape the situation ”, was Mario's story.
And he said he heard two detonations.
At one point, he took his son by the hand to escape.
It was there that León told him: 'Dad, they shot me.'
Mario, without looking at him, narrated that he tried to explain that it was not possible, to calm him down, but the boy insisted:
'Yes, they hit me, I'm dying, I'm dying
.
'
“I look at his legs and he was bleeding.
I was scared
, I didn't think if they were struggling, I didn't think of anything and, as seen in the video, I ran away, ”Mario explained his escape with his son in his arms while the assistant sergeant tried to depose the thief.
"I went to the car, threw him in the back seat and
despaired to get to the hospital,
" Mario continued from the door of the General Rodríguez hospital where the baby was recovering this Monday.

“According to the traumatologist, he
overcame everything well
.
In the X-ray six splinters appear, two in one leg and four in another ”, he described.
León will be referred to the Military Hospital in Palermo, since his father is a retired military man.
At the moment, he will not be operated on, although there is a splinter in one of León's ankles that
worries them
.
“In the car I

When I was on the guard gurney, I wondered if I was okay, "recalled Mario.
She also shared something her son asked her when they were in the hospital.
"He told me:
'I don't want you to go to that Chinese anymore
.
'
And I told him that it could have happened to us anywhere," Mario closed his testimony.
The robbery
The military man was dressed in civilian clothes, although with a camouflaged diver, like other clients of the super Chinese.
While he was in the queue to pay, the thief entered, who was next to
an accomplice who was waiting for him
at the door with a motorcycle.

The assistant sergeant tried to avoid the assault, drew his weapon, struggled with the criminal and, under these circumstances, the
two shots
were
fired
.
They came from the military's regulation pistol, caliber 9 millimeters: the splinters of those shots wounded León.
After the attempted robbery, the criminals escaped.
Although, eventually,
one of the thieves was arrested
;
not so his accomplice.
He would be 33 years old and would be a municipal employee of General Rodríguez.
The case is being investigated by the UFI No. 9 of General Rodríguez, in charge of the prosecutor Alejandra Rodríguez, who classified the case as "robbery aggravated by the use of firearms and injuries."
