Bassam Al-Halabi, director of the branch, said in a statement to SANA correspondent today that the amount of fertilizer sold to farmers of superphosphate amounted to 2,634 tons, urea 12361 tons, ammonium nitrate 26 percent, 11,547 tons, and potash sulfate 396 tons.
Al-Halabi considered that the remarkable activity in the lending movement and the disbursement of crop values reflects the restoration of the agricultural sector in Hama governorate of its health and vitality, and the resumption of its usual activity as one of the most important productive sectors in securing food security, supporting the national economy and contributing to reconstruction.
