No outbursts of joy, but a heavy atmosphere reigned in Gracanica, the main enclave south of the Ibar River, where 15,000 of the remaining 100,000 Kosovo Serbs live, around the high walls of the 14th-century Orthodox monastery.
The Belgrade-led party Srpska Lista once again won all ten seats constitutionally reserved for the Serbian minority, with some 97% of the vote cast.
