The directorates of internal trade and consumer protection in the governorates of Rural Damascus, Hama, and Latakia have organized dozens of rationing controls against commercial and economic activities, fuel stations and bakeries in violation.
In the details, members of the Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Directorate in Lattakia organized 58 supply controls for violating activities in the areas of Al-Saliba, Al-Tijjar Market, Al-Raml Palestinian Street, Antakya Street, Annaba, Hanano, and Jableh.
The seizures were distributed according to the Ministry’s data. In the countryside of Damascus, the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection organized 70 rationing controls for a number of bakeries in Adra, Al-Zabadani, Hafir Al-Fawqa, Al-Jadida Al-Khas, and Hala and Sa`sa, for violations of weight loss, poor bread making and non-compliance with working hours.
A fuel station in al-Nabek was also seized for a violation of tampering with cutting the electronic card, in addition to controlling possession of expired materials, not showing purchase invoices, not announcing prices and advertising at an extra price.
In Hama, the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection organized dozens of seizures in the Al-Ghab area “Ain Al-Krum, Nahr Al-Bared and Al-Sabounia” against violators for possession of expired materials and materials of unknown origin, for the use of catering bread in a falafel restaurant, not possessing purchase bills for foodstuffs, illegally trading in fuel, possession and displaying cosmetic materials Expired items and not showing purchase invoices for items of unknown origin and selling tourist bread at an extra price.
The seizure included the owner of the “Faihaa 1” chicken shop for violating the pre-grinding of chicken kebab meat, an arrest warrant against Hamdan bakery for a violation of producing poorly-made and low-weight bread, and an arrest warrant against “Al-Ahlia” and “Ali Al-Sarraj” companies for not announcing the fares for transporting passengers between governorates.
The seizure also included the “Irhail” bakeries in Al-Sabuniya, with the violation of producing poorly-made and underweight bread, and the “Golden” for not keeping a record of the bakery's movement, and the “Goodies” for the violation of packing and selling low-weight bread ties, and “Al-Bahra” for selling low-weight supplies of bread, and “ Al-Fandara ”for the violation of non-compliance with work hours and the“ Afsha Al Raya ”bakery for the violation of packing and selling bundles of underweight food bread, in addition to an approved right to violate the tampering with citizens' allocations via the electronic card.
The seizure dealt with a violation of the owner of Al-Majd Restaurant on the road to Aleppo for possessing and using food bread inside the restaurant and the owner of Al-Aseel Restaurant "Faiha 1" in violation of possession and use of catering bread inside the restaurant and for the authorized in the Musha` al-Tayyar area in violation of the sale of donated bread bundles at an extra price, and for the authorized person in the village of Samra in violation of tampering with citizens' allocations and the authorized person in the Southern District The stadium is to refrain from selling the catering bread to the citizens and to the commissioner of Al-Qusour, Al-Sabouniya, Al-Hasaniyat District, Al-Tawuniya and Al-Sakhana, in violation of the sale of bread bundles at an extra price.
The rest of the seizures included violations of not announcing prices and not keeping purchase invoices, and samples were drawn to ensure their conformity with the Syrian standard specifications.
