- Vandalism, trespassing, incendiary devices, devastation: VfB Hallbergmoos-Goldach is currently struggling with the downside of the lockdown.

Michaela Reitmeyer, local councilor (FW) and 3rd VfB chairwoman now drew attention to the situation in the sports park in the local council.

She asked the municipality to use a security company - at least until the sports and leisure park is back in operation.

Reitmeyer described what has been going on at the leisure area “almost every day” in the recent past: intruders have gained access to the tennis facility and football stadium - and left their traces there: empty liquor bottles, smearings, lit rubbish bins, shards and scattered dog waste bags.

At the tennis house an attempt was made to break the windows.

In the football stadium, seat cushions were torn out of the stands and scattered all over the park.

“These things happen because there is no sports activity in the park, the catering is closed and there are hardly any passers-by.

Especially after 5 p.m. and in the dark. "

In any case, a complaint is made

VfB officials are now fed up with “corona parties” of uninvited visitors, as Reitmeyer calls them: “The damage must be repaired with money from the club and taxpayers.” In any case, a complaint was filed.

Now the VfB is asking the community to use security in the park.

At least until spring - until the days get longer again and hopefully the athletes can use the facilities again.

Reitmeyer also urged the citizens to pay more attention: "If passers-by observe something like this, they should not hesitate to inform the police."

The Freising police were alerted about an illegal underground car park party.

The officials are seeing a current trend in this regard.
