On the second day of the trial of this 27-year-old man, tried with two friends suspected of having helped him on his run, the Hauts-de-Seine assize court looked at the personality of the main accused on Tuesday. through statements from relatives and shrinks.

This best friend was Samy, this teenager killed in 2011 at the age of 15, on the edge of Asnières and Gennevilliers.
"Moussa was traumatized", assure his relatives.

The cross-checking of the testimonies and the analysis of the telephone boundaries led to Moussa D. The latter had disappeared from the radar immediately after the crime until his arrest, four months later, while he was embarking for Senegal.
In the meantime, Moussa went to Le Havre (Seine-Maritime) and Gennevilliers, to a sublet apartment, where the police discovered a pump rifle, a machine gun and their ammunition.
Ibrahim M. and Tapsirou B., who also appear before the Assize Court, are tried for having stashed Moussa D. in Normandy and in this apartment in Gennevilliers.
