Eight months after he confessed to the murder of 19-year-old Uri Ansbacher, the Jerusalem District Court is currently (Tuesday) holding a closed-door technical hearing in the case of the terrorist Arafat Arfaaia.

The murder of the late Ansbacher took place in the Ein Yael area of Jerusalem on February 7, 2019, when the young woman went out to be alone in nature. To the area of Jerusalem through a breach in the separation fence near Beit Jala.
"I bought the dome two weeks before the murder," Arfaaia said during his interrogation, "so that I can enter Israel without being suspected and not be recognized as an illegal resident."
He further stated in the interrogation: "I left the house with the aim of murdering a Jew because of the occupation and because of the treatment of passers-by at checkpoints in the territories and in Jerusalem."
He encountered Ansbacher in the forest near Ein Yael.
"I saw a girl," Arfaeia said during the interrogation, "I told her in Arabic: 'Hello, I'm an Arab.' I saw that she did not understand what I said."
When he recounted the shocking murder, the terrorist said that he attacked the late Ansbacher and stabbed her three times with the knife he was holding. According to him, he dragged her to a distance of about 150 meters, while the young woman tried to resist and shouted.

Afterwards, Arfaeya stabbed the late Ansbacher several more times, just stuffed her mouth with her scarf and handcuffed her with a belt. So he raped her, took her cell phone from her and fled the scene. As he walked away,
The terrorist removed the memory card from Ansbacher's cell phone and threw it under a rock.
He then took a taxi to the Palestinian Authority and was eventually stopped by IDF forces.
