This, too, is a way to become famous:
despite the hundreds of thousands of deaths in the U.S., and the fact that the corona plague has struck the state most cruelly, a restaurant in Florida has issued an outrageous statement: "We eat without masks and don't need them."
The restaurant, known as "BeckyJack's Food Shac", posted a picture on its Facebook page stating that "we do not need masks and everyone is welcome."
The post itself received more than 580 shares, and drew thousands of negative and positive comments.
Restaurant owner Jesse Fox, was interviewed by local media in the U.S. and said: “We don’t really have such a sign on the restaurant.
It's more of a reminder to the people we can reach as we please. "
He added: "We wanted to let all our prospects know that we do not require masks as Hernando County does not require, if the district will certainly not violate the law. We just made ourselves an initiated advertisement," the owner admitted.
Fox noted that "we received the full range of responses, some were surprised that no masks were required, some were happy and supportive and some of course attacked us."
Asked if he was not worried about the health of his customers, the restaurant owner replied: "I actually follow the initial guidelines of the American Disease Control Organization. The initial guideline was that healthy people should not wear a mask. I feel like I'm using common sense. "
It is important to note that the guidance of the American Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is that "it is important to wear masks as much as possible, to stay away from mass events and staying in a closed room without a mask is the worst option."
But it turns out that in at least one restaurant in Florida what matters is the common sense of the owner and not of the doctors.
