"

'Yupine', '' get ready, soon the camps again ''.

Faced with such filth: denounce, file a complaint, never let anything go,

”wrote the member on Twitter.

The email, received Thursday, was to be the subject of a complaint during the day, according to his cabinet.

In the early evening, the Paris prosecutor's office said it had opened a preliminary investigation entrusted to the Brigade for the repression of delinquency against the person (BRDP).

In front of the Assembly, the Minister of Justice Eric Dupond-Moretti himself announced the launch of this procedure.

"

These words are to vomit (...) these insults are addressed to the whole Nation

", and "

I hope so with all my heart: justice will be done

", he added to Braun-Pivet.

The presiding officer David Habib (PS) had previously made a point of denouncing “

abominable remarks

”, and proposed a suspension of work to mark the “

disapproval

” of the deputies and to speak about it with the minister.

"

In the country, there are women and men victims of the same expressions of racism, anti-Semitism

" and "

there is no question

" of accepting them, added Habib.

From the far left to the far right, several deputies then spoke in the same direction.

"

Fascism, it crawls (...) it becomes commonplace

", pointed out the boss of LREM deputies Christophe Castaner.

"

My family came to France to flee the Nazis in the 1930s

," said Braun-Pivet, saying she was "

particularly moved

" to see "

the united national representation

" today.

Infamous and unbearable.

All my support, dear Yaël Braun-Pivet

”, also tweeted the Minister of the Interior Gerald Darmanin.

In July 2018, Yaël Braun-Pivet, then LREM co-rapporteur of the commission of inquiry into the Benalla affair in the Assembly, lodged a complaint for sexist insults and anti-Semitic threats, after dozens of messages, especially on Twitter.

Only three people had been able "to

be identified and had been the subject of fourth class tickets

", indicates the entourage of Braun-Pivet.
