In order to ensure the stability of the educational process, the Ministry of Education requested its directorates in all governorates to inform the owners of private educational institutions that they must adhere to the installments and other fees, "transportation fees, school uniforms, stationery and enrichment references" duly approved.
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it today, the Ministry affirmed the necessity to adhere to charging the approved school tuition fees for students in one payment, three payments or monthly, provided that they are paid before the end of the first semester, in addition to adhering to the announcement of the premiums prominently on the institution’s notice board, provided that the tuition is included. Health care, educational services, the price of stationery for the educational institution, and informing the Directorate and parents about it annually before registration. Withholding this information is an explicit violation that requires accountability in light of the relevant articles.
The Ministry also stressed that complaints received about violations of these institutions must be addressed as quickly as possible, and that those who are required to audit the premiums collected by private educational institutions must be subject to legal measures taken against the violator, and those concerned should be held accountable to supervise them in case they are not informed of them.
