Gwyneth Paltrow revealed that she had COVID-19 early in the pandemic and is still suffering from some effects from the virus.
On his Goop website, Paltrow wrote that he had "COVID-19 from the beginning, and that left me with some fatigue and mental confusion."
"In January, I had some tests that showed really high levels of inflammation in my body," he wrote.
So I turned to one of the smartest experts I know in this space, functional medicine doctor Will Cole.
After looking at all my lab results, she explained that this was a case where the road to healing was going to be longer than usual, "added Gwyneth Paltrow.

The actress noted that while recovering from the virus, she has focused on eating healthy foods and following a healthy diet.
In that sense, he also refrains from consuming sugar or alcohol.
“I've been cooking a lot, and some of it is really delicious.
The other day I made scallops with crunchy capers and sage, asparagus with a bacon vinaigrette, and some artichokes stuffed with herbs and garlic.
I even found an excellent sugar free kimchi (Madge's vegan daikon kimchi - it's amazing) and a sugar free kombucha.
And I've been using a lot of coconut amino acids in my recipes, ”she wrote.
Then she added, “Everything I'm doing feels good, like a gift to my body.
I have energy, I exercise in the mornings and I do infrared sauna as often as I can, all in the service of healing.

Gwyneth Paltrow is also taking supplements "in the service of a healthier gut."
And along the way, she added some Goop skincare products.
