In the case of no source, a caregiver at Shunliun Village Yuanxuan Nursing Home and Elderly Day Care Center was diagnosed. The patient was a 54-year-old woman. She developed fever, sore throat and headache on February 12.

Another case of unknown origin is a 49-year-old housewife who lives in 88 Plaza, Tai Po.
The patient had a sore throat and cough on February 11, 5 days apart, and was diagnosed when he went to the Tai Po Nethersole Hospital for treatment on February 16.
The remaining confirmed case with the same unknown source was a 43-year-old housewife living in Tak House, Sham Shui Po. She developed fever on February 14 and went to Kwong Wah Hospital on February 16.
Sham Shui Po Tsun Tak Building is located at Nos. 315 to 319, Tai Nan Street, close to the detection area of the Sham Shui Po closed area earlier, but it was not closed at that time.
The remaining 5 local cases are epidemiologically related to other cases, including a 3-year-old girl living in Fung Chuan Court in Diamond Hill; there is also a 66-year-old man who did not specify his residence.
In another two cases, the patients lived in Yuen Long District. They were a 13-year-old girl living in Tai Sang Wai, Yuen Long, and a 52-year-old man living in Yi Sun Building, Yuen Long.
There are patients in Block 1, Green Yee Court, Shatin and Sau Cheng House, Sau Mau Ping Estate.
Chung Tak Building, Yuen Long Rixin Building, Shatin Green Yee Court, Sau Mau Ping Village Sau Cheng Building should not have been included in the list of mandatory testing buildings in the past. As new confirmed cases appear in the building, they may be included in the mandatory inspection today List.
