In such situations, I recommend calling the Ministry of Health or the Israel Police and asking what the regulations are, or alternatively the lawyers who should be equipped with the regulations.

And what does the court do if a case of cynical exploitation of the new situation arises?

"The court understood that a malfunction had occurred and alerted the party who violated the guidelines. If that did not work, sanctions were imposed."

In the past year, have there been any changes in the determination of agreements between spouses and to what extent has the corona influenced decision-making?

"Unfortunately for the rabbi, the state, the couples and the children - everyone was hurt by the situation. These problems only got worse, including an increase in physical, financial or verbal violence within the family. Even normative couples today live in constant fear of something going wrong."

If we went into such a procedure, how important is it to use the services of a lawyer who specializes in the field?
