The "Information and Communication Technology Talent Training Program" is commissioned by the Bureau of Commerce and Economic Development, and the Youth Association is responsible for implementation. It invites telecommunications-related companies to provide 12-month job opportunities for young people aged 18 or above. It is supported by 11 local telecommunications companies, such as China Mobile , Hong Kong Broadband, Hong Kong Huawei, SmarTone, etc., provide 50 positions with a total of 100 vacancies, including software programmers, assistant engineers, graphic designers, data analysts, customer service, sales and marketing personnel, etc.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a Hong Kong identity card, have obtained a recognized certificate, diploma or degree from a tertiary or tertiary institution, and have accumulated no more than 5 years of work experience, or be a prospective graduate.

The plan is protected by labor laws and minimum wages, and monthly salary and bonuses are determined by the employing company.
