There the officers seized over half a kilo of drugs.
An arrest warrant has now been issued against the 32-year-old.

Last Saturday, February 13th, the Freising Police received the information about an illegal party.
Despite the exit restriction in force at the time, 20-25 people should celebrate together in the Hohenbachern district.
On arrival at the scene, the officers not only discovered numerous party guests - they were also smelled by a strong smell of cannabis.
In a personal survey, the police found around 140 grams of marijuana in seven celebrants.
According to the police report, some of the drug was freely available.

In a subsequent apartment search in the room of a 32-year-old, the officers found around 320 grams of marijuana, together with a combat knife, over 1000 euros in cash and typical trader's utensils.
The investigation has now been taken over by the Erding criminal police.
According to previous knowledge, the 32-year-old is charged with a crime under the Narcotics Act.
At the request of the public prosecutor's office, a judge issued an arrest warrant for the alleged dealer.

The suspect has not yet wanted to comment on the allegations.
Proceedings were also initiated against the remaining party guests for violating the Infection Protection Act.
Despite the hard lockdown, there are repeated attacks of infection in the Freising district.
One reason could be violations of the contact restrictions.
