Chile stops the expulsion of Venezuelan citizens | Video | CNN

After the Chilean Interior Minister announced on Tuesday a flight from Iquique with more than 100 people expelled, among them Venezuelan citizens, the court of appeals of that town put the measure into effect.

As reported in a statement by the country's Judicial Power, the resolution did not comply with an appropriate legal procedure and did not allow those affected to exercise their right to defense.
