Today, the Israeli occupation forces prevented Palestinians coming from the West Bank from reaching the Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform Friday prayers, after storming the vicinity of the mosque and the Old City in occupied Jerusalem.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces had set up military checkpoints at various entrances to the Old City and Al-Aqsa and tightened their arbitrary measures against worshipers, as it prevented three buses carrying worshipers from the West Bank from entering the mosque.
The occupation forces are escalating their aggressive practices against the Palestinians in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque through raids, arrests and deportations from the mosque in an attempt to impose a fait accompli regarding judaizing the Temple Mount and controlling it.
