The dry northeast monsoon is bringing sunny weather to the south China coast.
At 5 am, Tropical Storm Dujuan gathered about 1,350 kilometers southeast of Manila. It is expected to move slowly at first, and then move northwestward at a speed of about 13 kilometers per hour, crossing the sea east of the Philippines.
