A 5.0 magnitude earthquake shook central Peru on Saturday afternoon, according to a report from the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 30.6 kilometers northeast of Tournavista, Huánuco department, and 91.2 kilometers north northeast of San Fernando, in Ucayali.
It had a depth of 30 kilometers, according to the report.
