The strings of discord.
As Radio Classique recounts, a young 9-year-old Russian violinist is the subject of a complaint from his neighbors, who deem him too noisy when he rehearses.
According to the complainants, the small resident of the city of Chelyabinsk is breaking a law in force in Siberia, forcing residents not to make noise between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays, and between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. on weekends.
Flat, the child having busy days, it can hardly repeat at times other than those prohibited by the law.
But this argument was not such as to convince the neighbors, who therefore took the matter to court.
Her mother was summoned to the local court.

The affair, widely publicized in Russia, has earned the young violinist valuable support.
The Siberian violinist Vadim Repin, wanted to cheer him up by writing him a message imbued with wisdom.
“
Let this story be something that motivates you, not something that stops you
,” he wrote.
The people are the people.
Everyone needs calm and the law protects them.
I suggest you use a practice mute or find a place to play where you won't disturb anyone

On his Instagram account, pianist Denis Matsuev shared a testimony that will undoubtedly allow the young violinist to feel less alone.
When he moved to Moscow with his parents, the winner of the prestigious Tchaikovsky competition had also drawn the wrath of his neighbors, unhappy to hear him do his scales.
Denis Matsuev invites the young Siberian to come and visit him in Chelyabinsk, a city he knows well to be, since 2012, the godfather of the music festival.
The Russian pianist wants to offer the boy to play during the next edition, in a setting that is certainly less confined - and conflictual - than the family apartment.
