Two parcel bombs had exploded earlier this week in companies specializing in food in southwestern Germany, including one in an administrative center of German distribution giant Lidl.
These two explosions had injured four people in all, according to the prosecution.
A last parcel bomb had been discovered and defused in a mail distribution center at Munich airport.
It was addressed to Hipp, a Bavarian baby food manufacturer, local police said on Friday, which already suspected a link between these different shipments.
In addition to targeting companies related to the food sector, these shipments had the common feature of having been sent by fictitious senders, according to investigators.
