, who arrived this morning (Sunday) in the Be'er Sheva District Court to testify at the trial of Aviad Moshe, who tried to murder her while they were married, ended.

Moshe's defense attorney, Advocate Alon Davidov, claimed during the hearing that Iscove used to swear and tease her ex-husband on almost every occasion and even presented a recording of the events. 

Advocate Davidov: "Aviad recorded you to protect himself from you, from slander, from spitting."   

Iscove: "He tried to murder me. He agitated, cursed and humiliated and then started recording."

Advocate Davidov: "What did you mean when you told Aviad that your son would have another father?"

Iscove: "I said I would divorce him and if divorced we get married again and then there will be another husband in the house. I did not raise my hand on him. He records and he does it on purpose, he threatened me before he took my child and I will have to come once every two weeks to pick up the child. "I think he also recorded to prove later that the child should be in my possession and that is one of the inventions of this recording."

Advocate Davidov presented WhatsApp correspondence between Shira and Aviad, during which she accused him of having a miscarriage, and focused on arguments between her and his family. Judge Yael Raz Levy also wondered how relevant these messages were in his case.

Iskov for her part said: "I do not understand what the connection is to an argument, to a family dispute, to what happened"?

Advocate Davidov later asked Isakov: "Why should he be guilty of the abortion?"

Iscove: "A man who screams his soul out at his wife who is early Tuesday, even though a few days before that he promised there would be no quarrel about what his family did to my pregnancy, and screams at me and only makes me cry and makes me cry, my heart was about 10,000 and after two hours my pain "Inferno. In addition, Iscove admitted that she kept a recording between Aviad and his sister Anat from June 2019 and listened to it on the day of the attack.
