Police arrested an illegal resident of the Hebron area on suspicion of involvement in the serious incident, during which he escaped from the police after stealing a vehicle from Dimona and breaking into the Air Force base
Following an overt and covert investigation, the police today (Sunday) arrested a suspect in the theft of a vehicle and a break-in at the Air Force base in Nabatieh that occurred about two weeks ago.
This is an illegal resident of about 20 years old from Dahariya in the Hebron area.
Along with him, the police arrested two more men, a taxi driver, a resident of Arara in the Negev and a resident of Dimona, who are suspected of involvement in the incident.

According to the suspicion, on the eve of the incident, a number of suspects conspired to commit the theft of a vehicle and transfer it to the Palestinian Authority, with one of them driving the stolen vehicle while the taxi driver was accompanying him.
Immediately after the incident at the IDF base, according to the suspicion, the taxi driver picked up the suspect in the theft of the vehicle and smuggled him into the PA's territory.
Today, the three were arrested on suspicion of stealing a car, endangering human life in a traffic lane, entering an IDF facility and staying illegally, they were taken for questioning at the Dimona police station, and will be brought before the Magistrate's Court in Be'er Sheva tomorrow.
