The Directorate of Real Estate Interests in Damascus Countryside announced that the real estate area in Jayroud has been digitized, the number of which is 6363, belonging to the real estate area in Qatifah, to serve the real estate registry.
The director of real estate departments in Damascus countryside in charge, Aref El-Tahawy, explained in a statement to SANA's delegate that digitizing real estate areas allows providing real estate registration services and all real estate information that anyone needs in this regard, and saves effort and time.
Al-Tahawi confirmed that the restructuring of the damaged real estate newspaper has been completed in the two real estate areas, one sakba and two bridges, and the resumption of real estate services for them, such as real estate restrictions, private data, title deeds and ownership transfer contracts.
Al-Tahawi pointed out that the "BDN" network for real estate services has been activated according to the alphabetical indexing in Al-Zabadani, and includes proving or denying ownership of citizens, explaining those who are prohibited from exchange, electronic correspondence, providing real estate services related to real estate and survey data, copies of documents, issuing a real estate record, a survey statement, and a statement of ownership from the Zabadani Department. To any governorate except for Hasaka, Raqqa, Deir Ezzor, Idleb, civil registry, and an individual and family registration statement.
It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Department in Douma has been rehabilitated during the past year and has started providing services to citizens.
