Today is the day when we will see a video of Mars for the first time.
NASA will share images captured by the cameras of the Perseverance rover, which will show the perspective of a spacecraft landing on Mars for the first time.
Although previous spacecraft have sent "movies," which are really just stitched images in GIF form, the Perseverance has cameras with video capabilities.
In total, the rover has 23 cameras, which also include zoom and color functions.
The broadcast begins at 2:00 ET and you can watch it on this page.
