Mansour pointed out that the restoration of the railway network, its security and protection from the Syrian Arab Army contributed to the increase and speed of transporting phosphate through the train that was recently reactivated for a distance of about two hundred kilometers to the nitrogen fertilizer plant in Homs to transport 45 thousand tons of wet phosphate. The transfer of this quantity is nearing completion, after which the quantities of phosphate will be transported by train also to Tartous.
