72 hours after the vip vaccination scandal broke out, a new complaint will be filed against government officials who, from the Ministry of Health, implemented a hidden circuit to apply the Covid vaccine to politicians, leaders and family members.
On this occasion, the deputy and reference of Cambiemos, Graciela Ocaña will not only point against the political authorities, but
will place the unionist Hugo Moyano as part of that structure.
The Attorney General's Office for Administrative Investigations (PIA), led by Attorney General Sergio Rodríguez, opened a preliminary investigation that may lead to a criminal complaint against Ginés González García and another line of officials from the Ministry of Health.
This file was started when it was understood that the facts "would be revealing serious abuses of power in the performance of public functions."
Prior to this, the federal prosecutor Guillermo Marijuan made a complaint where he pointed out that the scandal about the vip vaccination, "is an act of unusual institutional gravity because not only is it not complying with the duties of a public official, but it is also preventing that a person considered to be at higher risk and who needs to be vaccinated can do so.
This Monday, the deputy
Graciela Ocaña
will file a complaint in the courts of Comodoro Py, where she will ask for an investigation of those who are responsible for the acts of irregularity: former minister González García, Carla Vizzotti, Arnaldo Darío Medina, Alberto Alejandro Maceira in his character of Director of the Posadas Hospital.
In another section of the complaint, the reference from Cambiemos
asks that the leader of the Truckers' Union, Hugo Moyano,
who is included in the list of those vaccinated for irregular circuits by the Ministry of Health,
be investigated
.
Not everything remains in the request for investigation of the events that took public status in recent days, regarding the alleged vaccination of people who are not among the priority groups established in the Strategic Plan for Vaccination against Covid-19, but who also accompanied by other deputies from Cambiemos,
request the immediate removal of the officials.
The latter will be required as a preventive measure, until the investigation lasts.
Last Friday as a result of an investigation by

and with the confirmation of Horacio Verbitsky, an irregular circuit was revealed through which they were favored with the vaccine, an extensive list of officials, political leaders and relatives at the end of the Casa Rosada,
that are not included in the risk group.

For the deputy, it was a political decision of the national government, "in the head of the three officials of the Ministry of Health mentioned above, to reserve a quantity of vaccines -which in principle would be at least 3,000 doses- to allocate them to the friends of power and not to those who should have reached him in the first instance according to the established plan. "
In this sense, it is that it will be asked in a timely manner that Hugo Moyano -one of those favored with the vaccine- be investigated, who the deputy involves in the
"diversion and misuse of vaccines destined for the social work of the Union of Truckers ".
The complaint points against the President of the Obra Social de Drivers de Camiones (OSCHOCA), Hugo Moyano, considering that they had had "participation of all his authorities, including that of his Vice President Pablo Moyano and medical authorities."
For Ocaña, the leader of Truckers, "alleging and abusing in the exercise of his position as President of the aforementioned social work,
would have improperly used vaccines intended for the health personnel of the Antarctica sanatorium (belonging to the social work) to inoculate members of his family
and himself against the regulations that establish the order of priorities to receive these vaccines, "he explained.
In this regard, it is argued that neither Moyano nor his relatives are essential health personnel and "it is not appropriate that they receive said vaccines."
In explaining this point, the deputy pointed out that the union leader backed by Alberto Fernández, and his relatives "acting with a total lack of respect and consideration for the health and integrity of the health personnel of the social work that he presides, chose to be vaccinated against the covid -19 ".
For this reason, he considered that Moyano "and his potential accomplices have endangered the lives of essential health workers who provide services in social work and whose interests he is obliged to protect."
