The first accident occurred around 4.30 p.m. on the B472, near Müller am Baum.

A 36-year-old Fischbachauer drove his Mercedes from Bad Tölz towards Miesbach.

In a left turn he came off the road to the right.

He touched several traffic facilities and a traffic sign.

He then left without reporting the accident.

Witness statements quickly put the officers on the trail of the perpetrator.

Property damage of around 10,000 euros was caused to his car and traffic facilities.

Over 1.1 per mille.

The second accident occurred around 7 p.m. on State Road 2077 between Elbach and Marbach.

A 29-year-old Schlierseer drove his VW from Wörnsmühl towards Fischbachau.

At the level of Café Winklstüberl he came into the opposite lane.

An oncoming 47-year-old from Bad Aibling tried to avoid the Schlierseer to the right.

The Miesbach police quickly identified the fugitive in this case too: vehicle parts at the scene of the accident revealed his car.

In this case, too, the officials took a breath alcohol test, in this case too it was over 1.1 per mille.

However, the property damage is significantly higher than in the first accident: The costs of vehicles and fence add up to around 50,500 euros.

A blood sample was then taken from both drivers.

Drivers are now expecting reports of drunkenness in traffic and of endangering road traffic
