"We are presenting what I hope is an irreversible path to freedom."

"Every step is based on scientific data, not the date."
Schools and other educational institutions are to reopen as early as March 8th.
From March 29, up to six people or two households can meet outside.
Outdoor sports facilities are also allowed to reopen.
From April 12th shops, museums and libraries should be allowed to receive visitors again.
Pubs and restaurants could open up outside areas.
Going to the cinema and staying in a hotel should be possible again on May 17th at the earliest, and international travel may also be allowed.
In a final step, normality should return to normal at the end of June
Boris Johnson, UK Prime Minister
“I know that many people will be concerned that we are being too ambitious and that it is arrogant to put a plan in front of the virus.
And I agree: we must always be humble and careful in the face of nature.
But I also believe the vaccination program has changed our odds in our favor.
And on this basis we can now continue. "
Opinions differ among the general public about easing the lockdown.
