Commenting on the outgoing Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab, who blamed Israel for the pollution, she said: "The ships in question are not Israeli at all. "We are in favor of economic, social and environmental peace - and we will be happy to help Lebanon with coastal pollution."
Regarding the bathing season, she said: "We will do everything to ensure that the bathing season opens on time and as a series. Thanks to the Prime Minister and his work, we are back to normal, and the beach is definitely one of the places the public wants to return to in large numbers.
In the midst of all this, it is impossible to forget that in exactly one month, the citizens of Israel will go to the polls.
In response to the officers' petition calling on the defense minister to retire from the race, Minister Gamliel said that "it is time for Gantz to understand that no one will shoot him in the back."
"They just put a mirror in front of his face and tell him he's failed. Generals who did a good job in the military can't necessarily succeed in politics," she said.
Asked if she thought the defense minister should leave politics, she said: "I do not call on him to resign, but he is irrelevant and has no significant contribution. The public gave him the experience and he failed. Because of him we are dragged into another election. People come to him out of compassion and offer him Retire so he can stop being humiliated. "

Israel Today's party correspondent, Daniel Roth-Avnery, was also interviewed in the morning strip.
