The president of the High Council for the Climate (HCC) has an appointment this Wednesday with the deputies of the special committee responsible for examining the climate bill.

"rectify the situation"
while she severely judged the text of the government in an opinion issued Tuesday.

said the climatologist who chairs this consultative body created in 2018 by the Head of State.
"A high proportion
(of the measures of the bill)
sees its scope reduced by a limited scope of application, even occasional, lengthened implementation deadlines or many conditions associated with their application,"
recalls the High Council for the climate.
The opinion of the HCC is interesting.
