Tiger Woods was the victim of a road accident early this Tuesday morning in California, as reported by US media.
The global golf icon was quickly hospitalized, with emergency services responding to a call shortly after 7 a.m. local time.
"Tiger Woods was in a single vehicle accident this morning in California in which he sustained multiple leg injuries," his agent Mark Steinberg said in a statement.
