The Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health stated that it is investigating an outbreak of acute gastroenteritis in the infant group of Po Leung Kuk. The residential child care centre involved is located on the third and fourth floors of Chuang Qicheng Building, 66 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay.

According to the center, the case involved 11 boys and 9 girls, aged between 3 months and 2 years old.
