The American pharmaceutical company Modern announced tonight (Wednesday) that it is working in collaboration with scientists of the American administration, to test an increased vaccine that will be designed to work against mutations of the corona virus - and especially against the South African mutation.

Moderna has transferred the new vaccine doses it has developed, which are expected to be more effective against the South African variant, to the United States National Institutes of Health for further examination and research.

The American pharmaceutical company has announced that it is exploring several ways to deal with the new mutations.

They are considering injecting an upgraded vaccine dose designed to fight the DRAP variant, injecting a combined vaccine dose of the existing vaccine in combination with the new experimental vaccine and injecting another vaccine, third in number, on the 2 desired vaccine doses in the company's original vaccine.

At the same time, Modern has announced that it intends to increase the amount of vaccines it will produce during the year by one hundred million vaccines and is exploring options for further increase.

The announcement means that the company is expected to increase from 600 million vaccine doses worldwide to 700 million vaccine doses.
