"The lack of attention and solidarity with the humanitarian drama of the Venezuelan exiles is an international shame," says Andrés Oppenheimer, in relation to the exodus of more than five million Venezuelans to Colombia and other Latin American countries.
Oppenheimer interviews the president of Colombia, Iván Duque, and they comment on the plans to help the Venezuelan diaspora and how international support continues to be lacking, which there was in the past with Syrian refugees.
Oppenheimer Presenta airs this Sunday, February 28 at 8:00 PM Miami time.
