The Chinese National Space Agency announced that the Chinese probe "Tianon 1" has entered the closest orbit to Mars today.

"Tianan 1" was launched on July 23, 2020 from the Wenchang space launch site in the island province of Hainan, southern China, and the probe traveled in space 215 days ago and is currently about 212 million kilometers from Earth.
