The opposition highlighted this Wednesday on social networks the decision of the Federal Oral Court to sentence businessman Lázaro Báez to 12 years in prison for the crime of money laundering in the case known as the Route of Money K.
One of the first to highlight the decision was the president of the PRO, Patricia Bullrich, who stressed that "in Argentina there are brave judges" and asked herself: "Do you know all the schools that could be built with the money that was stolen? is it a joke too, president? "
Deputy Mariana Zuvic also reacted, who tweeted: "It was worth it. To the children of all those who have risked their lives during these years of struggle, and to all the children of the Nation: THERE IS JUSTICE in Argentina."
It was also celebrated by the director of the National Bank, Nicolás Massot, who said that "amid so much indignation, privileges and unease, I am glad that justice has investigated and convicted those responsible for the Route of the K money."
For her part, Margarita Stolbizer spoke in TN and remarked: "What happened today is very important. Especially because of the very close relationship that this sentence has with the other trials where the preceding crime is being investigated. The money that the family laundered. Báez is not money that comes from something other than corruption linked to Public Works. "
