Women are much less inclined than men to get vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to a poll published Thursday, February 25: only 34% of women are ready to be vaccinated in the coming months, against 51% of men.
Of the entire population, all sexes combined, 41% say they want to be vaccinated in the coming months, 36% do not want it, and 23% replied "
I don't know
".

The study identifies other factors that mark differences in the will to be vaccinated or not.
People over the age of 60 are particularly likely to wish to be vaccinated (58%), managers and liberal professions are more so than other socio-professional categories (except retirees), and the inhabitants of New Aquitaine and Brittany are the most favorable to vaccination.
The survey was conducted between January 15 and February 2 by Geoingsight 2021 for the start-up ShoWhere, on a sample of 15,000 people representative of the French population by the quota method.
