Chen Jiaxin pointed out that the group has a large consensus on the problem of overcharging by the landlord. He also pointed out that during the research process, the legal group pointed out that: The Basic Law protects private property rights. If actions will disproportionately weaken the rights of owners, they may be challenged by the law. Therefore, the rights of tenants and owners must be protected at the same time.
Chen Jiaxin also pointed out that the group will continue to discuss how to provide appropriate renewal rights. When asked if there is a renewal right in the future, when the tenants wait for the public housing to "upstairs", it will represent a breach of contract. Chen pointed out that he is drafting a report. Or the draft will consider increasing flexibility.
