"I am hereby writing to you in order to summon you to accompany within the term of 30 administrative working days the presentation of the resignation from the position you hold in order to conclude the pension process."

With that brief letter, the ANSES began to intimidate some 200 judges and prosecutors for about 20 days, whom it seeks

to compulsively

retire

in the middle of the government's war against Justice.

Until now, there had been some drop-in names of those listed in that official document.

Clarín

managed to reconstruct with judicial sources a large part of the list of those who are already receiving the letters documents.

There are 75 judges and prosecutors of the total of 200.

In addition to the prosecutor Eduardo Taiano - who received the intimation just when he was starting to investigate the VIP vaccination scandal at the Ministry of Health - several judges from Comodoro Py, the center of official criticism of Justice, appear on the list.

The chambermaid

Leopoldo Bruglia

is one of those on the list.

He is the judge that Kirchnerism sought to dismiss and was responsible along with his partner Pablo Bertuzzi for confirming several prosecutions against Cristina Kirchner in the case known as the Cuadernos de las Bribes.

Also the prosecutor Carlos Stornelli appears on the list.

The Anses, like the other magistrates, asks him to decide what he will do with his retirement file started when he turned 60.

What the agency requires of them is that they retire or decline the retirement benefit.

Prosecutor Stornelli is one of the most hated by Kirchnerism.

He was responsible for signing the 31 agreements of the repentant of the Cuadernos de las Coimas case, which is the main prosecutor and sent to the vice president for oral proceedings.

In addition to Bruglia, Stornelli and Taiano, other judges appear that bother the K. It is the case of the Cassation judge, Carlos Mahiques, who is the father of the prosecutor Ignacio Mahiques who investigated, together with his partner Gerardo Pollicita, the case of public works Against the former President and Lázaro Báez, his other son Juan Mahiques assumed as Attorney General of the City of Buenos Aires and integrated the macrista management in the Ministry of Justice.

Cristina Kirchner on several occasions aimed against the Mahiques.

Last year, he even questioned Juan Bautista in a series of tweets.

"I just heard in AM750 Judge Ana María Figueroa of the Federal Criminal Cassation Chamber, telling how she was pressured by Juan Bautista Mahiques, former counselor of the Magistracy by the Executive in the government of Mauricio Macri, in the framework of the memorandum case from Iran, ”he wrote.

The prosecutor Carlos Stornelli, one of those targeted.

There is also judge

Ricardo Recondo

who is a member of the Council of the Magistracy and who had strong clashes with Kirchnerism.

At the time, he was one of the magistrates who defended the late federal judge Claudio Bonadio, who was displaced from the Hotesur case (hotel firm of the Kirchner family), and assured at that time that the "(Kirchnerist) government attacks the judge that solves things he doesn't like. "

Eduardo Riggi,

Judge of Cassation, was also notified by Anses to decide whether to continue with the retirement process.

Riggi recently intervened in a file related to the Cuadernos case, where the cartelization of public works was investigated.

The Chamber that integrates signed a prosecution against Cristina Kirchner for corruption.

Two other judges of the Criminal Cassation Chamber also appear on the list, they are Liliana Catucci and her partner Guillermo Yacobucci.

Also on the list is a key judge for the elections, the member of the National Electoral Chamber,

Alberto Dalla Vía.

Kirchnerism has long been

looking for spaces in the electoral courts that have interference in the elections.

At the end of last year, federal judge Alejo Ramos Padilla - close to the K - stayed with the court that has control of the elections in the Province of Buenos Aires.

The prosecutor Eduardo Taiano, in charge of the VIP vaccination case, is also on the Anses list.

The list also includes a judicial official linked to Kirchnerism.

It is about the prosecutor before the Cassation Chamber,

Javier De Luca,

who paved the way for Lázaro Báez to obtain his release in one of the first files where he was arrested.

De Luca is the same one who requested that a sentence against Milagro Sala be annulled and who opposed the promotion of the investigation against Cristina Kirchner for the signing of the Pact with Iran.

The ANSES letter that reaches judges and prosecutors that the Government seeks to retire.

The advance of the Anses started about 20 days ago when the body led by

Fernanda Raverta began to intimidate the magistrates.

Q

ho receive letters and document processing began their retirement but still active.

The previous law enabled them and they could make retirement effective when they resigned from their position.

But last year, the government of Alberto Fernández modified the pension scheme for judges and prosecutors.

He took them out of the special regime and passed them to the orbit of the Anses.

In addition, that law established an increase from 12% to 18% of the additional contributions of the judges and the calculation of the moving 82% on an average of the salaries -updated- of the last ten years (120 salaries), and not on the last credit.

The chambermaid Leopoldo Bruglia also appears.

For the judges, and the magistrates' associations,

the advance of the Anses is not accidental.

It occurs in the middle of the government's judicial battle against the sector and they emphasize that many magistrates and prosecutors appear on the right list who are not to the liking of the ruling party.

From the Anses they say that they only seek to order an administrative system that had flaws and where 200 judges with retirement irregularities appear.

In fact, they maintain that there are about thirteen judges on that list who are over 75 years old - the age limit for a magistrate to retire - with their respective retirement folders unfinished.
