Besides retirees, who can access the discount?
Those who collect ANSES pensions, non-contributory pensions, Universal Child Allowance (AUH), Pregnancy Allowance, Family Allowance for Child, Prenatal Allowance, Unemployment Benefit, Progresar scholarships and plans of the Ministry of Social Development, as well as retirements and pensions from the IPS, the Bapro and the Buenos Aires Police.
Can anyone be left out of the benefit?
The only restriction is for those who have access to the Emergency Family Income (IFE) and the Work and Production Assistance program (ATP): these groups cannot receive the discount.
